Q: What is the Difference between the Regular Finish and the Distressed Finish?
A: The Regular Finish is the more vibrant colors; whereas, the Distressed Finish give the wood an antiqued look that gives it darker colors and an aged look.

Q: What is the LED Sunset Lights option?
A: The LED Sunset Lights are red LED lights that are added to the flag to give the flag that authentic Colorado sunset. If you'd like another color other than red, add a 'note to seller' in your shopping cart with the color you'd like during checkout.
Q: Do I have to pay shipping? Can I pick it up by hand and avoid shipping?
A: Yes, you can avoid shipping by picking it up by hand, there will be an option at checkout that you can select "hand pick-up" and it wont charge you shipping. There is also an option to pay at pick-up as well. It is recommended that customers pick up the large 31"x61" flag by hand since shipping via UPS is $200 due to size and packing requirements.
Q: If I want to add a wood burned image to a flag, whats the difference between the 'small' and 'large' choices?
A: The small choice would be something like a name in the bottom corner, no bigger than 1" tall and 4" long. The large choice, would be the an image that is 5"x5". For images burned larger, please contact me to discuss pricing.
Q: If I have a special request for a flag that i would like to order how do I inform you?
A: As long as it wont affect pricing (i.e. chosing a different solid color LED on the sunset flags) there is a 'Note to seller' you can add in your shopping cart. If you'd like a fully custom flag, feel free to email or message me on Facebook and we can work out the details and pricing that way.
